The REMEC microwave design staff offers the resources of an experienced team whose broad product base stretches from fundamental components such as filters and mixers through high performance modules such as millimeter wave transmitters, LNAs, and frequency sources, to very complex integrated point-to-point and point-to-multipoint RF outdoor units (ODUs), high power indoor RF Units (RFUs) and high power VSAT transceivers.

Augmenting the RF design fundamentals are industry leading designers for packaging, power supply design, software/firmware development, modem design, and factory tooling. This exceptional capability is closely coupled with our manufacturing expertise to optimize production efficiency, cost, and quality.

REMEC Broadband Wireless Networks is ISO-9001:2015 certified. We have implemented a formal documented Total Quality Strategy (TQS) Program, which establishes discrete process and systems improvement objectives. The emphasis is upon measurable goals, which are selected with the intention of making the entire organization more effective, efficient, quality-oriented, and responsive to the needs of our customers.

The program is based on the three separate but interactive activities – Training, Teaming, and Communications. The major ingredient of all three of these activities is employee involvement and participation. A prerequisite for an effective TQS implementation includes these three key ingredients plus total commitment on the part of management to continuous improvement. REMEC Broadband Wireless’s TQS plan is reviewed and updated annually to establish a new baseline of performance at a higher level, and to identify goals and objectives for the coming year.
