REMEC Broadband Wireless has an established RF / microwave / millimeterwave manufacturing center of excellence in Laguna, Philippines enabling the outsource manufacturing of customer's complex components, sub-systems, and systems alongside RBW's own world-class products. Combined with RBW's research and development assets, we are able to provide cost-effective products with the highest levels of quality. Concurrent engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams work together from development or customer transfer through volume production.

We continually evolve microwave process technology, including the selective integration of hybrid substrate and SMT softboard materials, vertically integrated automatic system level testing, microwave device tuning automation, advanced environmental testing, and high precision automated assembly.

REMEC Broadband Wireless's production capability includes RoHS compliant manufacturing equipment for hybrid circuits, printed wiring board assembly, surface-mount (SMT) assembly, specialized solder assembly, RF / microwave / millimeterwave test, inspection, and environmental test.
