Customer Support Encoder

Requirements

  • Must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or other related courses.
  • •Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer and personal services.  This includes customer  needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
  • •Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.

Responsibility

  • Encodes, updates and distributes yield reports, Engineering evaluation data and other reports needed by the department in daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Collects data and prepares necessary reports for the department.
  • Encodes and distributes reports, letters and documents.
  • Communicates/ interacts with other department in carrying out tasks.
  • Performs other tasks as maybe assigned.

Customer Support RF Engineer

Requirements

  • Very knowledgeable in the function and operation of RF and microwave circuits and devices.
  • Knowledgeable on the characteristics, function and operation of RF test equipment and accessories.
  • Knowledge in any of the RF or microwave test and mfg processes (SMT, thin film hybrid microelectronics, microsoldering etc) and standards (IPC610, MilStd883).
  • Possesses leadership and coordination skills.
  • Possesses good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must know how to communicate in Mandarin

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the yield enhancement, cost reduction and continuous quality improvement of the product.
  • Develops Test procedures and processes for production.
  • Conducts statistical analysis on critical parameters defined on the process. •Works on the procurement of new tools and equipment needed for building and testing products. •Works with customer representative/s during their visit.
  • Reviews build yields and paretos regularly. Work with various program team members in analyzing and improving yield.
  • Leads in setting up test stations needed for expansion or support of products.
  • Commissions and maintains these test stations.
  • Provides technical analyses/reports for RMAs and low yielding products.

RF Product Engineer

Requirements

  •  Incumbent must have a BS Degree in ECE, CoE, EE, Applied Physics/Physics major.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the use of RF equipment including signal generators, power meters, scalar and vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.
  •  Knowledge of RF/IF blocks used in transmitter and receivers, cascade design and analysis, such as LNA, mixers, and drivers.
  • Ability to read and correlate schematic diagrams with layout drawings, with minimum assistance.
  • Able to understand the operation of an electrical circuit from its schematic.

Responsibility

  • Responsible for the yield enhancement, cost reduction and continuous quality improvement of the product.

  • Provides training – testing/tuning/troubleshooting and circuit diagram briefing to new technicians.
  • Works on the procurement of new tools and equipment needed for building and testing products.

  • Leads in setting up test stations needed for expansion or support of products. Commissions and maintains these test stations.

Sr. Process Engineer

Requirements

  • Incumbent must have a Bachelors' degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Process Engineer.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the use of RF equipment including signal generators, power meters, scalar and vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, etc.

  • Creates, reviews, and updates BOMs, assembly work instructions and specifications, process control plans, and routings.
  • Generates and reviews ECOs related to form, fit, function and assembly of the products.  
  •  Conducts DFM study on new product.
  • Conducts DOE and FMEA to optimize manufacturing process.
  • Plans for and introduces process control procedures/systems, and analyzes statistical data to form basis for improvement action plans.

Sr. Supply Chain Manager

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Industrial, Computer/Telecommunication or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  •  Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Supply Chain or equivalent

Responsibility

  • Reports directly to the Director of Supply Chian and manages all the different SCM sections such as Purchasing, Procurement, Production Planning and Control (PPC), and Warehouse.
  • Handle material planning, material ordering, delivery follow ups with suppliers, order expediting, push outs, cancellations or re-scheduling.
  • Lead in supplier negotiations for the following: price, lead time, incoterm, payment terms, MOQ/SPQ, cancellation windows. It also involves RFQ and Supplier sourcing activities both for new projects and regular cost cycles. It also involves Supplier Development activities like: Alternatives, Localizations, Regionalization, Supplier Streamlining, VMI and continuous improvements.
  • In charge of production planning for input and output of products. It also involves capacity planning and inventory control. Provides delivery commitments to customers in behalf of the manufacturing section. Uses ERP system

Sr. IT Supervisor

Requirements

  • Graduate of Computer Science.
  • 5+ years working experience in infrastructure /operations either as engineer, system administrator, or supervisor.
  • 5+ experience in Microsoft based technologies like SQL Server, Active Directory, Sharepoint, Exchange etc.
  • Effective leader in developing and executing technology strategies.
  • Familiarity of ITIL.

Sales Support Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical field.

Requirements

Responsibility

Planning Assistant

Requirements

  • At least college graduate or with equivalent experience.

Responsibility

  • Spearhead the daily on time back flushing and assure the accuracy .
  • Assure that the BOM is updated according to actual material that is being use.
  • Follow up and assure the fixing of BOM issues found.
  • Assure that transaction of scrap is on time.
  • Conduct daily cycle counting and adjust discrepancy accordingly.
  • Lead the material handler on doing cycle counting.
  • Back-flush the item before transferring the unit from one bin to next bin to be use for another assembly or shipment.
  • Create shipping pick-list and coordinate to shipping the weekly/daily shipment.
  • Coordinate with planning/supervisor all issues on shipping, back flushing and other planning related transaction.
